Chris is the Director and Head Chef, with Lisa, also a Director, working behind the scenes on the Finances. Chris brings forth an impressive 30+ years of culinary experience. Having worked in renowned establishments including Ackerman, Good Food Guide, 2 AA Rosette, and Michelin Star Restaurants and Hotels, Chris’s expertise is unparalleled. Notably, Chris’s exceptional skills have been previously recognised through the prestigious NMT (Nursery Management Today), Chef of the Year Award.
Signature Catering Ltd provides many different types of culinary delights and more recently has added another string to its bow called “The Roaring Donkey”. This is a Mobile Bar and Kitchen that can provide a variety of services, which can be tailored to the individual needs of any occasion.
